This lovely old farmhouse was purchased in 1979. At the time it was in a very primitive state but with careful renovation by our experienced building team the house was converted into a comfortable, very Andalusian style country home. Modernization was carried out and extensions were added without the original old world charm of the building being affected. Where necessary antique ironwork and woodwork were bought elsewhere and incorporated into the general renovation plan. The finca has a constructed area of 135 M2. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an interior patio, an old country kitchen and very pleasant dining and lounge areas as well as covered and open terrace space. The plot size is 6.000 M2 most of which has been landscaped by our gardening department.
